Early Check In- Since we are usually fully booked we ask guest not to enter the house before the cleaning service has the room fully prepared.
You can come early and hang out on the beach till your house is ready.
Codes to the cabins will be emailed 24 Hours prior to your stay.

Check Out
Check-Out Time is 11 am
Late Check Out - Our cleaning service is scheduled to come at 11am.
You must have the house cleared by check out time that way they can prepare it for the next guest. You are more than welcome to hang out on the beach as long as you want once you clear the house.
To-Do List Before Leaving
- Remove all belongings
- Remove everything from Fridge
- Toss out Garbage
- SUNDAY NIGHT ONLY. Roll Trash bin near the mailbox. Garbage pick up day is Monday morning.
Property Rules
No Smoking in Cabins
No Smoking in the houses. $200 Smoking Fee
Kayaks and Long Boards
Return when done using for the day. All paddles must be returned too.
Keep far away from the shoreline when not using. The waves will take them or fill them up with sand.
Beach Items
Return when done using for the day. Keep all toys, paddles. and life jackets away from the shoreline when not using.
Game Room
Turn off and return all games when done using.
BBQ Area
Turn off propane when done using.
Clean BBQ Grill when you are done using.
Towels
Do not use indoor towels on the beach
All guest on the property are subject to our wavier. Wavier can be found during check out or on our Contact Us page All guest are responsible for the equipment they are using. All lost or damaged items will be charged back to that guest. We do not have cameras on the property expect for one facing the beach to monitor our beach area.
